This is me in 2010. I was seriously unhealthy at this point. I skipped breakfast and lunch and would only eat about a 400 calorie dinner.
I managed to fool everyone around me at the time into thinking I was doing it the right way, but I think they all guessed I was being stupid when I always had an excuse for never eating and when I started fainting and looking pale all the time.
I wouldn’t say I had an eating disorder because I stopped the madness after I got back from the holiday in Greece I originally dieted for but I would NEVER go back to being that stupid again. Crash diets are not healthy or sustainable.
The only way to get long lasting results is a healthy diet with exercise…..just took me some time to realise it!
